Join us at The Turing School, Eastbourne at 15:00 on Sunday January 16th 2022 for our new skater session. Please arrive 15 minutes early to put your skates and protective gear on before we start the session.
We welcome all genders, shapes, sizes, fitness and skill levels. Whether you’ve never skated, just started learning, or are already an experienced skater – we will teach you how to skate and play (or referee if you don’t want to play).
WHAT TO BRING

- Elbow pads
- Knee pads

- Snacks
We have limited kit available to loan, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to borrow anything. You can find Starter Packs at retailers such as Skate Britain or Double Threat Skates. Also check out UK Roller Derby Recyclables (https://www.facebook.com/groups/259809964059154) where you can pick up great kit second-hand.

We ask that our skaters test regularly and especially before coming to training, you can order free lateral flow tests here: https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow
ANYTHING ELSE?
Our rookie training programme will run every Sunday at the same time and location. If you decide to continue after a few sessions, our membership fee is £30 a month. When you join you’ll be invited to join our additional training sessions on Sundays straight after the rookie training and on Wednesday evenings.
